Symba Global provides cloud-based software services for microfinance institutions (MFIs) and savings and credit cooperative organisations (SACCOs). Our products include microbanking, payments processing, messaging and portal solutions designed to help financial service providers operate more efficiently and serve their clients more effectively.

We provide our services exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis under individually negotiated service agreements. We do not sell products or services directly through this website. All engagements are subject to a written contract between Symba Global and the client, which defines the specific terms, scope and pricing of the services provided.
Our services are delivered electronically as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Access to the software platform is provided upon execution of a service agreement and completion of account setup. The specific delivery timeline, onboarding process and service levels are defined in each client's individual service agreement.
All services are invoiced in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. Invoices are issued in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the following payment methods for invoice settlement:
Card payments are processed by our payment service provider, Wise Europe SA, using the Adyen payment gateway. When paying by card, you will be directed to a secure payment page hosted by Wise. Symba Global does not collect or store card details at any point.
Payment is due within the period specified on each invoice, typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement.
Usage fees are non-refundable once invoiced. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect personal data, including information about the security measures applied to card payment transactions.
All intellectual property rights in our software, website content, documentation and related materials are owned by Symba Global. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our software in accordance with their service agreement.
Our services are provided from the European Union. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including EU sanctions regulations and any applicable local laws in their country of operation.
Our liability to clients is governed by the terms of each individual service agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symba Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website.
These terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement.
