Offices

Offices group clients, accounts, and staff within your organization. Offices are hierarchical - each office except the Head Office has a parent office, and may have child offices. An office may represent a physical location, district, or region.

Office hierarchy and permissions

Users are linked to an office, and their permissions apply to that office and all offices below it. Users linked to the Head Office have permissions spanning all offices in the organization.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Microbanking with a user account that is authorized to manage offices.

Managing offices

  • On the Home page, click on "Organization"
  • Click "Manage Offices"
  • You can now view, create, and edit offices depending on your permissions

Note: Offices cannot be deleted.
