The Messages view displays all messages sent through the Symba Messaging system, including their delivery status and details.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to view messages.

Steps

• In the navigation menu, click on "Messages"
• The messages list displays with the following information:
  • Message content or subject
  • Recipient information
  • Delivery channel (SMS, Email, etc.)
  • Status (Sent, Delivered, Failed, etc.)
  • Timestamp
• Use the search and filter options to find specific messages
• Click on a message row to view full details

The message detail view shows the complete message content, delivery attempts, error information (if applicable), and full recipient details.

Message Statuses

Messages can have the following statuses:

• Pending: Message is queued for sending
• Sent: Message has been sent to the messaging provider
• Delivered: Message was successfully delivered to the recipient
• Failed: Message delivery failed (check error details)
• Cancelled: Message sending was cancelled
