Modify an existing accounting rule to change how transactions generate journal entries.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Microbanking with a user account that is authorized to manage accounting rules.

Steps

• On the Home page, click on "Accounting"
• Click "Accounting Rules"
• Click on an existing rule to view its details
• Click the "Edit" button
• Modify the rule settings
• Click "Submit" to save changes

The updated rule applies to new transactions immediately.
