The Geolocation tab lets you record the physical location of a client using your device's GPS. The saved location is displayed on a map and can be opened in Google Maps for directions.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Microbanking with a user account that has the View Client Geolocation or Manage Client Geolocation permission.

Viewing the Location

If a location has been saved for the client, it is shown on the map on the Geolocation tab of the client profile. Click Open in Google Maps to get directions to the client's location.

Setting the Location

1. Open the client profile and go to the Geolocation tab.
2. Click Set Location.
3. Allow your browser to access your device's location when prompted.
4. The location is saved and displayed on the map.

Deleting the Location

1. Open the client profile and go to the Geolocation tab.
2. Click Delete Location.
3. Confirm the deletion.
