Prerequisites

You must have a user account with appropriate permissions for Symba Microbanking features. Users are managed in Symba Portal - see Managing users for details.

Steps

• Log in to Symba Portal with your Microbanking user credentials.
• Click the 'Open Symba Microbanking' button to log in to Symba Microbanking.
