User management in Symba Portal controls access to all Symba Global products. You can create users, manage their permissions through groups and roles, and link them to Microbanking staff records.

After authenticating, you can:

• Create a new user - Create new login accounts
• Create a login for existing Microbanking user - Add login access to Microbanking users
• Create a new Microbanking user - Create Microbanking user records
• Edit a Microbanking user - Update Microbanking user information
• Delete a Microbanking user - Remove Microbanking user records
• Delete a login - Remove login access
• Disable a login - Temporarily prevent access
• Enable a login - Restore disabled access
• Add users to groups - Grant permissions through group membership
• Remove users from groups - Revoke permissions
• Reset user credentials - Completely reset a user's password and Two-Factor Authentication
