Logging in

  1. Go to Symba Portal, using the link provided to you by Symba Global.
  2. Click the 'Log in' button.
  3. Enter your username and click 'Next'. Keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • If you have previously added a passkey to your user account:
      1. Click the 'Continue' button.
      2. Follow the instructions on your device to log in using your passkey.
    • Log in using a password:
      1. If you have previously added a passkey to your user account, click the 'Use password instead' button.
      2. Enter your password and click the 'Continue' button.
  5. If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on your account:
    1. Open your authenticator app on your mobile device.
    2. Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in your authenticator app.
    3. Click 'Continue' to complete the login.
  6. If this is your first login and your organization requires Two-Factor Authentication, you will be prompted to set up Two-Factor Authentication before you can access Symba Portal.
