Go to Symba Portal, using the link provided to you by Symba Global.
Click the 'Log in' button.
Enter your username and click 'Next'. Keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive.
Click the 'Use password instead' button.
Click the 'Forgot your password?' link.
Enter your username again and click the 'Reset my password' button.
While keeping the browser window open, check your email for a message from Symba Global with the subject 'Your
verification code'. Note the password reset code in the email message.
In your browser window, enter the password reset code and choose a new password. After entering the new password
twice, click the 'Change password' button.
