Cancelling deposits

Deposits that are in 'pending' or 'in progress' status can be cancelled if they have not yet been completed.

Process

  • Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to cancel deposits.
  • In Symba Payments, click the 'Deposit' menu item in the sidebar.
  • In the 'Recent deposits' table, select the deposits you want to cancel.
  • Click the 'Cancel' button.
  • Confirm the cancellation.

Cancelled deposits will not be processed or credited to the savings account.
