Prerequisites

You must have a user account with appropriate permissions for Symba Messaging features. Users are managed in Symba Portal - see Managing users for details.

Steps

• Log in to Symba Portal.
• Click the 'Go to Symba Messaging' button to open Symba Symba Messaging.

Once authenticated, you can access Symba Messaging features through the Symba Portal navigation menu.
