View Reconciliation

Users with View Reconciliation can:

• Open the reconciliation dashboard
• View provider events
• View event details
• View match candidates and account candidates
• View reconciliation summaries

This authorization is suitable for users who need to investigate payment events without changing them.

Manual Reconciliation

Users with Manual Reconciliation can resolve events.

They can:

• Accept a suggested match
• Link an event to an open transaction found through account search
• Apply an inbound payment to an account
• Reject suggested matches
• Confirm an event as unrelated
• Refresh match candidates

Give this authorization only to users who are allowed to make operational payment decisions.
