Withdrawals that are in 'pending' or 'in progress' status can be cancelled if they have not yet been completed.

Process

• Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to cancel withdrawals.
• In Symba Payments, click the 'Withdrawal' menu item in the sidebar.
• In the 'Recent withdrawals' table, select the withdrawals you want to cancel.
• Click the 'Cancel' button.
• Confirm the cancellation.

Cancelled withdrawals will not be processed and funds will remain in the savings account.
