Refreshing withdrawal status

If you believe the status of a withdrawal is out of date, you can manually refresh it from the mobile money provider's system.

Process

  • Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to view withdrawals.
  • In Symba Payments, click the 'Withdrawal' menu item in the sidebar.
  • In the 'Recent withdrawals' table, select the withdrawals you want to refresh.
  • Click the 'Refresh' button.
  • Confirm the refresh.

The system will query the mobile money provider for the latest status and update the withdrawal record accordingly.
