Cancelling disbursements

Disbursements that are in 'pending' or 'in progress' status can be cancelled if they have not yet been completed.

Process

  • Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to cancel disbursements.
  • In Symba Payments, click the 'Disbursal' menu item in the sidebar.
  • In the 'Recent disbursements' table, select the disbursements you want to cancel.
  • Click the 'Cancel' button.
  • Confirm the cancellation.
