Create disbursements from approved loans that are ready to be funded.

Process

• Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to create disbursements.
• In Symba Payments, click the 'Disbursal' menu item in the sidebar.
• In the 'Disbursable loans' section, select the loans for which you want to create disbursements and click the 'Disburse' button.
• Choose a payment method for the disbursal (cash, mobile money, or disburse to savings) and click the 'OK' button.

The disbursements are now created and waiting to be transferred (see Transferring disbursements).

Payment Methods

• Cash - For manual cash disbursements
• Mobile Money - For electronic transfers via mobile money providers
• Disburse to Savings - For direct transfers to linked savings accounts (see Disbursing to Savings)
