Refreshing disbursement status

For mobile money disbursements, you can manually refresh the transaction status to check for updates from the mobile money provider.

Process

  • Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to view disbursements.
  • In Symba Payments, click the 'Disbursal' menu item in the sidebar.
  • In the 'Recent disbursements' table, select the disbursements you want to refresh.
  • Click the 'Refresh Status' button.

The system will query the mobile money provider for the latest transaction status and update accordingly.
