Transfer disbursements to clients through cash payout or electronic transfer.

Process

• Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to transfer electronic disbursements or transfer cash disbursements.
• In Symba Payments, click the 'Disbursal' menu item in the sidebar.
• In the 'Recent disbursements' section, select the disbursements with status 'pending' that you want to transfer and click the 'Transfer now' button.
• In the Staging environment, depending on the payment method, a dialog may be shown giving you the option to simulate various scenarios for testing purposes.
• In case of a cash disbursement, pay out the money according to the instructions shown.

When the money has been transferred successfully, the status of the disbursement will be shown as 'succeeded'.
