Loan Rescheduling

Loan rescheduling allows a loan's repayment schedule to be modified after disbursement. This is useful when a client is unable to meet the original repayment schedule and requires adjusted installment dates or amounts.

A rescheduling request follows a two-step process: a loan officer submits the request, and a supervisor reviews and either approves or rejects it.

Rescheduling workflow

  • Requesting - Submit a rescheduling request from the loan account
  • Approving - Review and approve pending rescheduling requests
  • Rejecting - Decline a rescheduling request
