Rejecting loan rescheduling

A rescheduling request can be rejected if it does not meet the organization's criteria or if the proposed new schedule is not acceptable. The loan's repayment schedule remains unchanged.

Prerequisites

  • One or more rescheduling requests with "Pending" status in the checker inbox
  • Log in to Symba Microbanking with a user account that is authorized to reject loan rescheduling

Steps

  • On the Home page, click on "Loan Rescheduling"
  • Select the checkbox next to each request you want to reject, or use the header checkbox to select all
  • Click "Reject"
  • Confirm the action in the dialog
  • Click "Submit"

The rescheduling request status changes to "Rejected" and the loan's repayment schedule is not modified.
