Pending rescheduling requests are reviewed in the checker inbox. Approving a request updates the loan's repayment schedule according to the parameters submitted by the loan officer.

Prerequisites

• One or more rescheduling requests with "Pending" status in the checker inbox
• Log in to Symba Microbanking with a user account that is authorized to approve loan rescheduling

Steps

• On the Home page, click on "Loan Rescheduling"
• Select the checkbox next to each request you want to approve, or use the header checkbox to select all
• Click "Approve"
• Confirm the action in the dialog
• Click "Submit"

The loan's repayment schedule is updated and the rescheduling request status changes to "Approved".
