Requesting loan rescheduling

A loan rescheduling request is submitted from the loan account when a client's repayment schedule needs to be modified. The request goes to the checker inbox for review by an authorized supervisor.

Prerequisites

Steps

  • Navigate to the client's loan account
  • Click the menu icon in the loan account header
  • Select "More" → "Reschedule"
  • Fill in the rescheduling form:
    • Reschedule from Installment On: the installment date from which the new schedule applies
    • Reschedule Reason: select a reason from the list
    • Submitted On: the date the request is submitted (defaults to today)
    • Reschedule Reason Comment: optional free-text note
    • Installment Rescheduled To: the new date for the rescheduled installments
  • Click "Submit" to send the request for review

The rescheduling request appears in the checker inbox under "Reschedule Loan" pending approval.
