Create a login account for an existing Microbanking user to provide them access to Symba Portal and related products.

Prerequisites

• Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users
• A Microbanking user already exists without a login

Steps

• In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
• In the "All users" section, click the button next to the Microbanking user
• Click "Create login"
• Enter the email address (username will match the Microbanking username)
• Click "Ok"

The user receives an email from Symba Global with a temporary password and login instructions.
