Temporarily disable a login to prevent access without deleting the user account.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

• In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
• In the "All users" section, click the button next to the user
• Click "Disable login"
• Click "Ok" to confirm

The login is disabled (no email is sent). The user cannot access any Symba Global products until the login is re-enabled.
