Remove a user's login access to Symba Portal and related products.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

• In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
• In the "All users" section, click the button next to the user
• Click "Delete login"
• Click "Ok" to confirm

If the login was linked to a Microbanking user, the Microbanking user remains and can be deleted separately. Otherwise, the user is completely deleted. No email is sent.
