Remove a Microbanking user record while preserving the login account (if desired).

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

• In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
• In the "All users" section, click the button next to the Microbanking user
• Click "Delete Microbanking user"
• Click "Ok" to confirm

The Microbanking user is deleted (no email is sent). The login account remains active unless deleted separately.
