Creating users

Create a new user account to provide login access to Symba Portal and related products.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

  • In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
  • In the "All users" section, click the "Create user" button
  • Enter the username and email address (usernames are case sensitive)
  • Click "Ok"

The new user receives an email from Symba Global with a temporary password and login instructions.
