Editing Microbanking users

Update a Microbanking user's information, office assignment, or role assignments.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

  • In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
  • In the "All users" section, click the more button next to the Microbanking user
  • Click "Edit Microbanking user"
  • Update the information as needed:
    • First name and last name
    • Office
    • Roles
    • Link to employee (optional)
    • Note: Username and email address cannot be changed
  • Click "Ok"

The changes are saved (no email is sent).
