Creating Microbanking users

Create a Microbanking user record to give a user access to Symba Microbanking with specific roles and permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users
  • A login account exists (create one first if needed)

Steps

  • In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
  • If the user does not exist yet, create a new user first
  • In the "All users" section, click the more button next to the user
  • Click "Create Microbanking user"
  • Enter the required information:
    • First name and last name
    • Office
    • One or more roles
    • Optionally link to an existing employee in the same office
    • Note: Username and email address cannot be changed
  • Click "Ok"

The Microbanking user is created (no email is sent).
