Enabling logins

Re-enable a previously disabled login to restore user access.

Prerequisites

Log in to Symba Portal with a user account that is authorized to manage users.

Steps

  • In the menu, click "Administration", then "Users"
  • In the "All users" section, find the user (a "disabled" badge shows next to the login)
  • Click the more button next to the user
  • Click "Enable login"
  • Click "Ok" to confirm

The login is re-enabled (no email is sent). The user can immediately access Symba Global products.
